Product works as advertised

Product is excellent. The best part is Strings by mail. I can get all of the stuff I get off of them almost any where but that thank you note and their response to there customers is priceless.

Snark tuner

Works great on nylon and steel strings butt the Hertz tuning only works on steel strings not on nylon strings. It's a great Turner and I am glad I purchased it even though I play mostly on nylon strings.

Q: Hello, I just bought two of these st-8hz tuners from Strings by Mail. The description states the tuner has a tap tempo metronome feature. I have a Super Tight that has the feature. The 2 new ST-8HZ do not have that feature, at least I cannot find. I think that your description is wrong.

A: Hello Ray ,
Thank you for pointing that out; it does appear that you are correct. I have advised our web administrator to fix the description. If you would like to return the tuners please contact us here-

I will also alert our customer service department about your purchase.
Cheers!
