La Bella TL 6crs. #4 6 Course Tenor Lute, Full Set

I haven't used the Lute strings yet. However, I did try to use the Pyramid Super Classic, Sterling Silver guitar strings. BIG disappointment! The wrong strings were in the package. The package had the correct name on it, but inside were Pyramid Super Classic Double Silver guitar strings. Inferior and $7.00 cheaper than what I paid for. I sent a complaint to your company but have not heard back. What Now??????????
