I love this thing! I'm using it on both acoustic(2 different body shapes) and classical guitars. I don't have a french polish classical so I can't address that but for my needs it has been great. I'm using it for prolonged practice without foot rest- feet flat on floor. Can find the right angle for mid-high (acoustic) and very high (classical). My only regret is i didn't get it sooner. Lower back relief and more relaxed shoulders...
